Object Inspector does not maintain its layout

      I am seeing the same behavior reported in QTCREATORBUG-21063

      I've been using this version of Qt Creator for the past week and did not see the problem until last night. Suddenly, every time I click on any widget, the object inspector on the right would snap back to some minimum size.

      The problem went away when rebooting. Restarting the app did not help. Did not think to try logging out/logging back in.
