Deployment Qt6, missing libc++.dll

      Deployment of Qt6.8.3 console application with windeployqt6

      the execution refuse with message, that libc++.dll is missing.

       

      When i copy the file manually to the deployment dir the next file is missing "libunwind.dll".

      When i copy "libunwind.dll" manually, the software doesn't start anymore.

      Compilation and deployment with Qt 6.8.0 was working in the past, problems came up with same code after update from 6.8.0 to 6.8.3
