Update HarfBuzz-NG 12.2.0 for Qt

    • 50f3e2d39 (dev), 90b845d15 (6.10.1), 4537ed92a (tqtc/lts-6.5.11)

      We need to make sure all security critical 3rd party modules (https://wiki.qt.io/Third_Party_Code_in_Qt) are the latest one before we can release.

      It seems that harfbuzz needs an update; we are using 12.1.0 but 12.2.0 is already available:
