It would be useful to have more detailed information about the files and directories when using QFileSystemWatcher.

• Have the possibility to know the difference between moving and deleting.
• Have the possibility to know where a file or directory is moved to, not just that it is changed.
• Have a convenient way to set a whole sub tree of directories and files to be monitored.
• A newFile() signal
• a signal to notify when multiple files change
