Allow mouse interaction with 0 opacity items in QML2.

      According to the discussions today, opacity should only affect drawing (currently keys still go to 0 opacity items, but not mouse). This also needs to be clearly documented (including how mouse/key interaction should be disabled for 0 opacity items).
