Description
Is a good idea the QGraphicsItem incorporate a QGraphicsItem::ItemIsResizeable, just like a QGraphicsItem::ItemIsMovable or QGraphicsItem::ItemIsSelectable ???

Searching the web, i realized that many Qt users complain about this missing functionality....
