camera example fails to run properly on linux desktop

      When trying to run camera example app on linux desktop build of qt5, I get this error:
      defaultServiceProvider::requestService(): no service found for - "org.qt-project.qt.camera"
      Camera error: "The camera service is missing"

      The example documents at http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/5.0/camera.html
      fail to mention any needed service running.

      Note: v4l webcam working with 'cheese' app.
