Font size change when resize QTreeView/QTreeWidget with stylesheet on QApplication

      When you set a stylesheet on QApplication, the behavior of QTreeView/QTreeWidget change.

      Without a stylesheet, when you resize a Tree, Qt add "..." to elide text and the font stay the same.

      With a stylesheet on QApplication the font size change when resizing the Tree.

      You have a small easy example on attachment, but this is really ugly on software with CSS on it.
