Description

When enabling AA_UseHighDpiPixmaps:
-works fine with QToolbar.addAction and QToolbar.addWidget(QToolButton)
-works fine with standard size QToolButton
-breaks with QAction icons in menu (twice the size) (sc: menu on the left)
-breaks with QTreeWidgetItem.setIcon (only top-left drawn) (sc: docks headers)
-breaks with QToolButton with a forced smaller fixed size (sc: bottom right)
