Open file dialog doesnt remember bookmarked folders

    Description

      "Open file" dialog should enable to bookmark folders (drag'n'drop them in the left column). In Scribus 1.4.3 with Qt4, File Dialogs remember these bookmarks across uses, days and months.

      In Scribus 1.5 with Qt5, File Dialog DONT remember these bookmarked folders after closing the dialog, or doesnt reload them when re-opened.
