BatteryInfo doesn't support UPower 0.99 API

            Description

            There was an API change from UPower 0.9 to 0.99, BatteryInfo doesn't get property changes when used with 0.99. The most significant API change in UPower 0.99 is the need to subscribe to PropertyChanged to get changes to properties like currentChargingState.
