Assistant shows overlapping textual content and broken backgrounds

Please consider the attached project (bug.7z) which includes the "Commands.html" topic.
When comparing that file between a web-browser and Assistance.exe (See attached screenshot):
1- The header doesn't have any background and the right aligned items are not correctly positioned
2- The line spacing is not correct between paragraphs
3- Some paragraphs are overlapping

Build command used:
> C:\Utils\Qt\5.7\mingw53_32\bin\qcollectiongenerator.exe collection.qhcp -o bug.qhc

Show command used:
