[Win10] Hello speak example hangs

'Hello speak example' runs fine on OS X and Windows 7 but on Windows 10, the sample project gives error messages on init and hangs when "Speak" button is pressed.

The error message is as follows:

Korean text roughly translates to "Process does not have package ID"
