macdeployqt ignore plugins/iconengines

    Description

      After running macdeployqt APP_BUNDLE we have to manually copy plugins/iconengines/libqsvgicon.dylib to APP_BUNDLE

      Also from code [1] it seems "deployPlugins()" does not take into account "plugins/iconengines"
