Shortcuts for tools of different Qt versions can't be distinguished

For each Qt version you install, shortcuts to Assistant, Designer, and Linguist are being created in the Start menu, but you can't tell which shortcut belongs to which Qt version:

There should either be only one shortcut to each tool or they should have distinctive names.
