Tool-tips on item delegates do not respect item's displayRect

When a tooltip is displayed for a item in a view, the default helpEvent (for QAbstractItemDelegate) does not use the rect supplied by the style option when calling QToolTip::showText(). As a result, the tooltip does not disappear when moving the mouse to other items, only when moving out of the view widget entirely.
