Description
The installer fails with an self-contradictory error code stating both that it could not find the `
'Qt platform plugin "xcb"` and then in the next line that the "Available platform plugins include xcb"
"could not find" and "available", both referring to the same "xcb" object, would seem to be logically mutually exclusive. A && !A can not both be TRUE. Quantum install?

The suggested fix is: "Reinstalling the application may fix this problem".
