QHeaderView section icon sizes cannot be set

There is no way to specify how large an icon in a QHeaderView section should be be when rendered. QStyleOptionHeader lacks an iconSize member in which to store the size (which can be set in QAbstractItemView::setIconSizes). Currently, it just uses PM_SmallIconSize; that should be the default value but not the final word.
