WebEngine's third party libraries ship with vulnerability samples that can be blocked by malware detectors

There are vulnerability samples in documents of one of the third party libraries used by Chromium. Those samples can be blocked by malware detectors, such as BitDefender.

<QtDir>\5.9.1\Src\qtwebengine\src\3rdparty\chromium\third_party\afl\src\docs\vuln_samples

Qt 5.8 and before did not ship this "vuln_samples" folder with the Qt sources.
