When saving a file with QFileDialog (non-native), selecting a read-only file should be prevented

When saving a file with a non-native QFileDialog, selecting a read-only file should tell the user that the file cannot be written to and the action should be prevented.

Native dialogs do let the user know that the file is write protected and the user cannot select the said file.
