Intel driver crashes when changing back from fullscreen video a couple of times

When playing fullscreen video (e.g. youtube) and switching from normal mode to full screen and back a couple of times, the minimizing gets stuck at an intermediate step and the whole system freezes and needs a hard reset as not even changing to a text terminal is possible. Usually, it will freeze when switching back and forth less than 10 times. No stack trace or anything else could be collected as the whole system UI just freezes. The only thing that remains functional is moving the mouse pointer, but clicking on anything will have no effect.

When using the Qt Quick software rendering backend, there are no issues even when switching back and forth more than 20 times. This indicates that there are issues with the Intel HD Mesa drivers for Sandybridge. We might want to blacklist at least this driver on Linux (vendor 0x8086, device 0x0102)
