undocumented emission of QAction::changed

QAction::changed seems to be emitted whenever the QAction has been toggled. Actually, it is even emitted twice. This is not to be expected from the documentation, which says that QAction::changed is a notifier for many different properties of QAction, but not for QAction::checked.
