(CMake) QT_DOC_DIR is missing

When using find_package(Qt4), the QT_DOC_DIR variable held the location of Qt's documentation. This is necessary for downstream projects to generate documentation which links to Qt's.

With Qt5, there does not seem to be an equivalent. This makes it incredibly awkward to port the documentation generation of a project previously using Qt4 to Qt5.
