compilation fails when qt is configured with -no-feature-cursor option

    Description

      I am trying to compile qt code  cloned from //code.qt.io/qt/qt5.git

      I configure qt with following  configure options 

      "-opengl es2 -egl -opensource -confirm-license -nomake tests -nomake examples -release -no-feature-cursor"

       

      I have many compilation errors especially with tools (Linguist and Assistant)  and WebEngine.Might be at more places , I don't know that yet .

      It seems  conditional check QT_NO_CURSOR is missing in those places.

       

       

      I  would like to submit a patch .
