Audit of qWarning() in MQTT message handling

qWarning() can be made fatal by setting the QT_FATAL_WARNINGS environment variable. In that case an ill-formed message would currently lead to an abort of the application.

This may happen accidentally or intentionally also in production systems, leading to a potentially easy to implement way to launch DoS attacks.
