Account for dark mode when drawing the table's grid lines

Account for dark mode when drawing the table's grid lines. Currently it is hardcoded to the palette's mid color by way of SH_Table_GridLineColor. Therefore the mac style needs to handle this itself so it no longer uses a hardcoded one.
