[Reg 5.9.6->5.12.0]Hidden items in a QTableView are unhidden when sorting with more than 1000 items

Steps to reproduce:

1. When running the app it will make a QTableView with 2000 items.
2. Press the = key on the keyboard to hide all but 5 items.
3. Then sort the items by clicking on one of the column names.
4. Only 1000 will stay hidden, showing the other ~995 or so.

With regarding the Qt version, we've recently moved from 5.4 to 5.9.1, which appears to have created this issue. However, upon seeing this issue I've tested with 5.9.6 and it's still in that version as well. Currently building 5.11.2 to see if it still occurs in that version.
