QGroupBox wrong label text size on macOS

    Description

      On macOS, the QGroupBox label defaults to a font size smaller than all other controls. Toggling the bold state on and off brings the font size to the same as other controls. (It's possible toggling other font attributes might work but I haven't tested this.)

      I'm currently building on Mojave but this has been on a problem with Qt back to at least 5.7 and back at least three years worth of macOS versions. Today I tested on Qt 5.7 through to 5.12.
