    Description

      When using Bluetooth functionality in WinRT apps then Windows pops up a device pairing request the first time. When using Bluetooth with a normal Windows app then this popup is not shown. Instead you have to go to the Windows settings and manually pair the device.

      If possible, also the normal Windows implementation should show the pairing request dialog.
