QML Timer expires before its interval time when an animation runs

    Description

      Steps to reproduce the issue.

      1. Run the attached example.
      2. Click the window to start the Animation

      Expected result:

      The Timer triggers with 100ms interval before and after the start of animation.

      Actual result:

      The Timer tiggers with 100ms before the start of animation and with 33ms when the animation is running.
