Do not offer unsupported Qt releases with the online installer

We are currently distributing multiple Qt releases via the online installer, basically Qt 4.8 and everything of Qt 5 from 5.0 onwards. This is problematic as the unsupported releases do not receive security updates etc. The old versions are still available in the download.qt.io archive for those who need them, but should not be offered via the online installer.
