Study feasability of supporting WebOS as target OS for Qt

We have a big customer requesting for WebOS support as supported reference OS for Qt, mainly for QtDC. There are already solutions for this

The feasibility study should list what we can support on trhis OS, what we cannot support, how much are the HW dependencies (is this always a HW+OS question, or just a OS question), what is he effort in adding this to our CI and RTA etc.
