backward incompatibility (binary break) 5.12 to 5.9

Simple item view application build with Qt5.12 when run with Qt5.9 dlls it complains for some dependencies, attached is the message.  This happens even with Qt configured with same configuration.

 If it is build with QT5.9 and run with Qt5.12 it works.

Also a simple example, 

Build this example with Qt5.12 and copy the binary to Qt5.9\bin folder and try to run to see the message.
