Minimum and maximum size of window is not updated on move to a screen with different scale factor

    Description

      The minimum and maximum size of window is not updated on move to a screen with different scale factor. If we move a window with min size 400x400 from a screen scale factor 2 to a screen with factor 1.0 then the minimum size will be 800x800.

       

      (I have a fix for this and a related bug, I'll post it soon)
