pull-down menu can't display occasionally

We find the issue in our product and also see it in Qt Designer, so we think it is a common Qt bug. I upload a video to show this issue in Qt Designer. In the video, you can see the pull down menu can't be shown when clicking File menu. We can reproduce the issue occasionally, it happens in sometime when switching to other application and switching back. Please give help, thanks.
