Application menu not visible on high DPI monitors

    Description

      On high DPI monitors application file menu is not visible. It seems that title bar is being rendered over the application menu because menu can be invoked using ALT+F keyboard shortcut.

      Reproduction:
      On Windows machine with high DPI screen build and run "WebEngine Widgets Simple Browser Example". See attached screenshot and qtdiag.log for more information.
