Text corruption when setting surface format with QSurfaceFormat::CoreProfile

Text corruption (Image.png) can be seen when setting surface format with QSurfaceFormat::CoreProfile.  The corruption doesn't appear every time but once in a while.

To replicate the error, open up the application, switch between the different pages on the stackview a few times, and the text corrupts sometimes. Sometimes it's fine (doesn't matter how many times you switch pages). Other times, the text gets corrupted and never recovers.

It can sometimes take 6 or 7 times opening and closing the app to create the problem. It seems to happen more often when using multiple monitors.
