timezone conversion fails with Asia/Singapore

Hi,

The following seems to fail converting a UTC timestamp in Asia/Singapore timezone, the conversion is simply skipped and remains UTC. The same doesn't happen for example using Asia/Jakarta

timestamp = timestamp.toTimeZone(QTimeZone("Asia/Singapore"));
