Gstreamer issue with declarative-camera example on Ubuntu 18.04

    Description

      Application declarative-camera on native Ubuntu 18.04 does not show any image from the camera.

      Notes: The declarative-camera examples works with this camera on Windows platform.  The usb camera works with guvcview on the Ubuntu platform.

      To reproduce the problem, build and run Qt declarative-camera example.

      • Camera application starts
      • The view in the Camera application is black.
      • In the Camera application, under the devices menu, the webcam is selected.

      The application outputs:

      "Unable to get the parameter value: the parameter is not supported.
