QSslCertificate does not expose subjectAltName of type URI

The set of enumeration values defined in https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qssl.html#AlternativeNameEntryType-enum to expose the subjectAltName values is currently missing the uniformResourceIdentifier type as defined in https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5280#section-4.2.1.6.

This makes it impossible to use a TLS certificate to authenticate a service URI (as defined in https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6125#section-6.5.2) for a non-HTTPS application.
