[VirtualKeyboard] selectByMouse: false is not effective is VKB is on fullscreen mode.

If you set the virtual keyboard to full screen mode the property setting selectByMouse: false does not affect the replicated fullscreen input field located at the top of the keyboard.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the attached example project

Expected result:

1. The text in the text field would not be selectable by a mouse or touch screen.

Actual result:

1. The text in the text field is selectable by a mouse or touch screen.
