Building qtbase from sources on RHEL 7.4 fails

      Install either Src-package via online installer for Qt 5.12.6 or the monolithic tar.xz package (Qt 5.12.6)

      Configure with:

      ./configure  -confirm-license -nomake tests -nomake examples -qt-libjpeg -qt-libpng 
-qt-xcb -qt-pcre -openssl -confirm-license -verbose -release 
-no-use-gold-linker -commercial -prefix /home/qt/RTA/make_install

      The build fails with:

      /home/qt/RTA/qt5/5.12.6/Src/qtbase/lib/libqtpcre2.a
 /lib64/libgthread-2.0.so /lib64/libglib-2.0.so   ', 
'/opt/rh/devtoolset-4/root/usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/5.3.1/ld:QtCore.version:1:

      This happens with linux-g++-Rhel7.4-x64 Coin machine.
