Windows: Huge difference between WebEngine and Chrome

    Description

      Attached page runs two timers updating text, the first one at 100ms and another at 1s. However, the first one seems to run only slightly faster than the 1s timer while in Chrome, they run about as you would expect.

      This occurs only on Windows, so it might be related to QTBUG-74991
