Schannel requires certificates to be valid on client-side for QueryPeer verification mode

    Description

      When using Schannel to connect to a server with the verification mode set to QueryPeer it should not fail on errors or emit peerVerificationError. The point of QueryPeer is just to have the certificate available, not to authenticate the client/server.
