Application builds with Qt 5.12.1 no longer usable on Tablet PC (and Wacom tablets)

    Description

      I have the same application build with two versions of Qt libraries:
      Qt 5.11.2 and Qt 5.12.1
      If I run the application with Qt 5.11.2 I can use it on Tablet PC and with Wacom tablets for example. Because widgets receive events like mouseMoveEvent/mousePressEvent/mouseReleaseEvent

      But If I build the same application with Qt 5.12.1I can use it on tablet PC or Wacom tablet, because widgets no longer receive those events.

      In this case, I suppose, the application attribute (which is enabled by default) AA_SynthesizeMouseForUnhandledTabletEvents should help, but it's not happening.

      Is it a regression/bug?
