[Carbon] QComboBox: popup shows up behind its parent in Carbon -Mac OS X

      When having a QComboBox in a dialog and giving focus to another application, then if you click directly on the combobox the popup will appear behind the dialog.
      If you make sure to click on the dialog first so that the combobox gains focus, then it shows up correctly.
      This is a Carbon problem. Cocoa works correctly.
