[REG5.12.7 -> 5.12.8] Unable to launch Qt applications: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "xcb"

    Description

      Install 5.12.8 prebuild gcc_64 binaries, snapshot from staging  (SHA1e4d68cf15e763eaef9e01342d45431ef609b7540 ).

      Take any of the examples, build and try to launch. Builds fine, but can not launch app:

      14:46:23: Starting /home/johanna/RTA/qt5/Examples/Qt-5.12.8/widgets/itemviews/build-addressbook-Desktop_Qt_5_12_8_GCC_64bit-Debug/addressbook ...
qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in ""
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.14:46:23: The program has unexpectedly finished.
14:46:23: The process was ended forcefully.
14:46:23: /home/johanna/RTA/qt5/Examples/Qt-5.12.8/widgets/itemviews/build-addressbook-Desktop_Qt_5_12_8_GCC_64bit-Debug/addressbook crashed.

      Same example on same machine launches when built with 5.12.7 gcc binaries.
