Fix T9Write build after recent configure system changes

    Description

      It seems that after https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtvirtualkeyboard/+/296115, it's not possible to get T9Write working when building qtvirtualkeyboard. Even when configuring with -feature-t9write, the configure output says it won't be built.

      The configure tests don't seem to do anything:
