QTextLayout::draw() does not draw bold and underline properly for high dpi paintdevice

When you set formats that include bold and underline on QTextLayout using QTextLayout::setFormats() and then draw using QTextLayout::draw() on a high dpi paintdevice, the bold and underline are not scaled properly for the high dpi device. The bold and underline are barely visible.
