Improve Qt Creator end user experience for platform users

Qt Creator Manual (https://doc.qt.io/qtcreator/index.html) provides several platform specific topics that can be found under functionalities provided by Qt Creator. For example:

https://doc.qt.io/qtcreator/creator-deployment.html

That's good but it might be usefull to provide also a platform specific view for the Qt Creator topics:

*  the most important platform specific topics are gathered in one page

• these platform specific "top link" pages could be available on the Creator Manual's main page, under a title like "Platform Specific Topics"
• another option is to provide the list of the platform specific Qt Creator topics in the platform pages, like Qt for Android https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/android.html
